It is easy to forget 4-8 because it was sandwiched between 10 wins or more in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, Tell me who was the last coach, not named BK to win 10 at ND. That would be Charlie 2006. I am going to go out on limb and say the new guy is not going to win 10 this either,
Face it, when Kelly gets his roster set at LSU, they will be challenging Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee for the SEC and National Titles, ND on the other hand will be hovering around 7-5 for the duration of the Freeman Experiment, Book it

That's the game I watched today pretty much. The ND feed kept going out on YouTube so I just quit. And after the first quarter they just rolled them all game long. And it kind of feels like the same shit. A nice and effective mixed offense, and a good team spirit, where they fight and compete and eventually pull away. Just like it was at ND.
Thing is, once he gets more settled, in a year or two, and has legit LSU level talent up and down the roster instead of this sort of motley mixture of random transfers and roster holdovers, with a handful of blue-chippers, I figure LSU will be an elite SEC team, and that very much looks like where it's trending. And most of the SEC teams on LSU's schedule will consist of 'games he's supposed to win'....
That and Jayden Daniels rocks at QB. That guy's fun to watch.

Let's be honest, his stock is high and Cincy is going into a downtrodden Big12 and there will be considerable funding gap for assistant coaches at Cincy compared to Big10 & SEC schools..
