Congrats to the Ladies!

I hate to admit this, but I really lost my interest in (and respect for) the ND's Womens BB team ever since they came out with those "I Can't Breathe" t-shirts on during warm-ups. I'm a fan of all things ND, but that really soured me on their team.

PAIrish I understand you're thoughts but remember that 18 and 19 year old kids sometimes make bad judgement calls in life like I did at that age and like you probably did also at that age so we all need to give them a break on this since they made peace with law enforcement officials in the south bend area and recognize them for what they've done on the court this year and root for them to bring home a title for a great university in south bend that we all love

Yeah, I completely get what you're saying cool - you're right about 18-19 yr old kids too. I'm glad they reached out to the SB law enforcement to try to patch things up. Just something I'm struggling with regarding this year's WBB team. I want glory for the school but I like when it's earned by players I respect. I'll get the pom poms out for them next year most likely.

well PAIrish next year was supposed to be there year to get back to the final going into this season so next year should be even funner than this year was and still is. btw I don't think the gamecocks are as good as Baylor from what I saw this weekend and so if we can put together a complete game unlike this past weekend then we should have a good shot at meeting UConn for the title again

ND women will have to play poorly not to be in the final. The real question, can they stay with and beat UCONN? They lost by 20 at home without Turner earlier in the year.

I think ND's women's team will be a bigger underdog against UConn (if we get to the title game) than the men's team was against UK. Would be great to knock them off and win the title.

Uconn beat ND by 18 at ND. Uconn beat So Car by 26 at Uconn. I just watched Dayton play in "The Zone" for 20 minutes, including shooting 70% from down town. And they were only up 1 at the half. Then I blinked and Uconn was up 20.

You go empty 3 or 4 trips, they hit you with those 10-0 runs and you never recover.

We have a great chance of beating SC,even with their tall front line .The rebounding and the interior passing ? Definitely think Allen and Lloyd are much better than the SC guards.

yeah I watched SC against UNC and I wasn't impressed by them as UNC should've won the game. I watched UCONN play last night and have seen them play a few other times this season and what really makes them tough to beat is that the refs in every game they play just won't call fouls on them for some reason so there best players never have to sit for stretches and plus you are never able to go to the free throw line hardly at all. I know geno has smart players but for the refs to hardy ever nail them with fouls though seems odd
