He will face faster more athletic players in the CFP for sure but not sure he gets sacked 10 times.
Caleb Williams is an elite college scrambler and there has been one holding penalty called all night on his scrambles.
He's the best QB I've seen all year. Not sure what you're watching. He's far better than Stroud and Young.

Maybe. But I don't think that is the way to limit Caleb. The way to do that is to drop eight and tell the rush to worry about keeping him in the pocket rather than sacking him.
How much do you want to wager that Michigan doesnt sack Williams 10x and that they will score more than OSU did?
Williams is tougher to stop than Stroud. We did better against him than Michigan.

I don't think it will take an SEC defense to shut down Williams. He is a one man show and while ND's defense is good, it is not elite. ND lacks athletes on defense, particularly at LB, like they've had in the past (i.e., the Jaylon Smith types). ND absolutely needs some stud linebackers like a mature Ausberry and Sneed to get after Williams. It would have helped a lot to have had a guy like Kyle Hamilton Saturday. Williams is a great athlete, but Kyle Hamilton would've been a game changer in that matchup. P. Bowen, Jaylon Sneed, BenMo, Gray, could all give C Williams some headaches next year. P. Bowen could be the best athlete on the field against USC in 2023 imo.
