No I just see this as a possible scenario. Might not happen until May if at all.
In this day an age of kids jumping in the portal on a whim, counting on QBs that have not taken a meaningful snap at ND, makes zero sense.

I don't think he would make a good enough WR for it to worth the roster spot. Just my opinion.
He is the more likely of the two to be willing to hang on for his degree and be ready in case of injury. That's my thought on Angeli.
