Brian Kelly Live on TSN1050

I was listening in the car but missed parts of the interview. It seems from Chase Claypool's recent comments and Brian Kelly's they are already talking about making him a Tight End or some other position. Maybe he will end up as a pass rushing defensive end.

Based on his prep profile - he has the most upside at WR. But if he lacks the skills needed to play WR, or his body outgrows that position, he has the body to fit what Kelly calls a "big skill" (big guys who can play on the perimeter on either side of the ball). TE/OLB/Weakside DE/etc.

It will be interesting to see the height and weight of Claypool (as reported by ND) and the whole team really come summer camp.

well the last time I checked end_23 idiots don't go and win 10 games with several starters out for the year with injuries. i'll remember you when Kelly leads this team to a title and your talking about how great of a job he did

I thought in 2015, Kelly (and when I say Kelly, I mean the collective ND staff) did his best job while at ND.
He needs to keep the team on that course.
