Loser. Honestly. May end up being a good football player but unless he ends up in the 1st round of NFL draft or ND plays them in a game and he is starting he just fell off the national radar.

From what I see and glean, he doesn't belong at ND anyway. I'm not surprised or bummed really. I'd like to wish him well, but he's exactly the type of kid that I have zero respect for.

Explain how Freeman got played exactly. You do your best to recruit a kid. If he goes somewhere else, he goes somewhere else. Everyone knew he was gone. Are you trying to say Bowen going to Oregon as opposed to Oklahoma makes Freeman a more inferior recruiter? Don’t understand the logic.

We sell more tickets at the highest prices than almost anybody in the country and then we turn around and pinch pennies in recruiting, in coaching staff hires, in facilities, etc.

If I were Freeman, I would put zero effort into recruiting the brother. It's one thing to flip, this was far worse.
With USC and UCLA jumping to the big 10, the Pac12 will be nothing more than a glorified Mountain West. Being the Pac12 champion will be akin to being the most attractive Denny’s waitress. That‘s what being a duck will be.
From a visibility perspective no doubt but from a competitive stand point those 2 LA teams have won a combined 1 Pac 12 championship in the last 13 years.

The saddest part of the entire recruitment was watching his mother in his announcement video today. She was so excited when he put on the ND hat, and so sad when he took it off and went Oregon. He didn’t even tell his Mother (who loved ND) beforehand to prep her for the disappointment.

Exactly. If not ND, then why not Okie? At least then mom is close and she'd be content with it. This is all $$$$$. And he will be miserable. That's my prediction. But Oklahoma was dirty and pompous so F them.
