Everyone knows this isn't a top tier all-star game. Only the pro-bowl matters.
the pro bowl is a joke these days, the west squad leads the east squad 19-9 late in the second quarter, Javon McKinley has his verbal coming up soon in this game
Patterson looks good. DB going to Miami is scary. Nice rec by the kid headed to UOJ. Mckinley is better. LOL.
I didn't know if you were serious or not sal but I would rather just watch the future college and nfl stars in a all-star game than all pro players who seem to not care as much about being in an all-star game as high school kids do
I think he was making a sarcastic reference to an asinine post of another poster on a different thread.
It was more a joke geared at people last week discounting Kareem's performance in the semper fi game.
QB play was spotty at best - Franks, the kid going to Florida is years away, Pass the kid going to Louisville looks like an athlete and other than Patterson they all looked like they were off. Eason has the tools, but it looked like an All Star game.
Only comment I saw about Jones was one national guy who said something to the effect that Jones should never run to the outside because of his ability to make one cut and go running b/w the tackles
