I ve been calling plays for almost 20 years. The head coach is always on the phones listening in and always has the right to interject. It's the same everywhere at every level. Few do because of the time constraints involved. You trust your guys or you don't t.

Right and bk doesn't trust anybody. Mr. micromanager, problem is he isn't a very good play caller although a lot of sportscasters and media make him out to be this "offensive guru". I haven't seen it yet
