Going on record, ND beats Louisville.

We had 44 yards rushing, allowed five sacks, and committed four turnovers. We were lucky to be within 4 pts at the end of three qtrs. I agree with Irish, they physically kicked our collective asses, and the final score is the only one that counts.
I don’t buy the narrative that Louisville physically dominated ND. They out-executed and out-schemed ND.

It was 17-13 in the fourth. That’s not indicative of a physical dominance aside from that not being what I saw on the field.

F+ update | week 4

I dont post for everyone, im posting for those who enjoy the analysis I provide.

And on another note, this data gets to the very core of the output/production of the football team, and just how far it still has to go as a program to get back to national championship relevancy.
Who enjoy’s your post on this nonsense? Who name one poster because I sure as heck have never seen one.

Hello from Louisville

🤣 ok Golson's other handle.
NJ- honest question:

Why would you be good pushing away posters who bring good content to the board? Disagreeing is fine. It's actually great. But the insults and thread hi-jacking will soon ruin the board. We've lost good posters every year. Several of them. And like I said- it's October and this place is dead.

It seems like you're here all day, every day. You're good with the board falling apart?

“ The fault Brutus lies not in the stars”

Did they offer Leonard ? McCord was run out of Columbus by Ryan Day. Basically told him to shop himself around. Guessing at the time no one on this board would have been all amped up if McCord would have been rumored to have been coming to ND. It's all hindsight and quite disingenuous in my opinion.
He beat ND last year. just saying.

Going on record, ND beats Louisville.

I don't remember us being up in the 3rd. Not saying that wasn't the case.

It just never felt like we had control or any momentum. Louisville pounded us.
Not to mention, in true ND fashion the D gets UL in 3rd and long, gets off the field only to have the drive prolonged by a Liufau 15 yd face mask penalty away from the play. I think 3 or 4 players later UL scores on a long run.

Pac 12 Realignment

This is my hope for both the PAC and MW.
PAC
ORST
WAST
CSU
Boise
SDSU
USU
Fresno
Gonzaga (BB)
St Mary's (BB)
Stanford
CAL
UNLV
SMU
Tulane
Memphis

MW
Wyo
Nevada
NM
NMST
San Jose St
Montana
Montana St
NDSU
South Dak St
Air Force
UTEP
Hawaii

Not sure it will pan out but this would create two interesting conferences. PAC would elevate past the G5 and still be the weaker P5 conference in football but be especially good in Basketball.

Going on record, ND beats Louisville.

I get what you’re saying. Louisville was clearly the better team but ND was leading 10-7 in the third quarter and down 17-13 in the fourth quarter. They were in that game.

Turnovers messed it up for ND in addition to some other issues.
We didn't play well overall, but turnovers killed us in that game. We made 5 and Louisville only made one. You can't go -4 in turnovers against a quality opponent on the road and expect to win.

Men’s Hoops

Yes! I have kabitched for years about ND not going after more home grown talent. I was thrilled with Coach Shrews hire and have high hopes for the future of ND basketball.

Really looking forward to the Women's Irish team this year...that backcourt should be amazing!
We might struggle against the best bigs in women’s basketball, but we should really be able to push the pace and make others play at our tempo. As you say, the backcourt should be amazing, and entertaining as hell. Looking forward to this.

I recall your frequent kabitching in years past about ND not going for home grown talent, and I never appreciated the football talent pool in Indiana until we started going after this. We’ve benefited immensely from this, and happy to see Shrew following suit.

I didn't start a thing. I didn't call you out as the fool and fraud you are, as I am now. so was responding to your comments and kept it professional, but you decided to go back into the gutter. Again your a ZERO, Fraud, and Deadbeat. Now go back into your mom's basement, and stfu.
Yeah you did and you couldn't take it back at you. You're a little baby. Don't know shit about football. You're a troll. And you're soft. You and your little bf.

Hello from Louisville

"If Notre Dame loses, Golson disappears."

Don't get the board excited! lol
There's maybe 5 posters here who add football content. Golson is easily one of them.

IIO left
Mirer left
Zorich left

Other good posters have left too.

We're about to be in October and this board is all but dead. Why would you want to see good consistent posters leave?

At some point, there won't be actual football talk happening here. Just grown men with fake anonymous names, taking shots at each other.

The football talk is better......
