Halftime adjustments:

Defense:
-Get the numbers right. Some of the PSU rushing yards are because the run is going where are there fewer defenders. Adjust and go hat for hat.
-Read n react quicker. The game is more mental than it is physical. Identify your alighnememt, responsibility, react and use technique. Plays are there to be made. Gray should have tackled Warren on that screen and Bowen needs to hit those gaps.

Offense:
-OL you simply need to block better. Do that and our offense will be fine. WRs have made the best of their few opportunities.

Special Teams:
-Keep doing what you're doing.

We only down by 7. It's not like we're getting killed. Now let's go!

Freeman needs to find that resolution...and at least have the players on hand play their A game.

I'm expecting him to do that in the locker room.

Tom Allen said there will always be second level defenders with eyes on him. Penn State is too talented and we are getting vastly our coached.

Angeli and half the second team is our last hope. 🙏

The word I see is lathargic.....on both sides of the ball. That rumor of the flu seems to be accurate. However.....gotta play through that and any other battle pains. The defense actually did a decent job. They had no help in the first half....and made PSU punt the first few possessions. Riley Leonard has no answer for Penn State. He needs to sit....and come in situationally in the 3rd quarter, if he can. The ball game will be won or lost in the first possession of the second half. Notre Dame's defense cannot win this game. The offense has to do it.
