Hard to understand one word of this.I will say, they didn't seem very good when we played them. They looked liked they sucked, like a middle of the pack MAC team. MAC teams are sometimes really good, and you can tell when they are, and NIU definitely wasn't that.
The way the season has gone, I feel like the NIU loss is irrelevant. It's a blemish, but it doesn't make us seem like we suck, on account of how we've pretty much rolled everyone else. Louisville being the only team to sort of give us a game. So it comes off like a fluke. And it's definitely way better that we beat A&M and proved ourselves, and had a stupid, random loss to NIU, than the other way around. A high value win being way more useful than avoiding a 'bad loss'.
I’ve followed Lane since he was an OC at USC and being fired as a head coach at USC.It’s weird how you call Georgia “Georgia” but you call Ole Miss “Lane Kiffin”. Is there a reason for that?
If their schedules weren’t so different, I’d happily argue for Ole Miss to be ahead of Georgia.
Nasty, a combination of both. I think Knapp has the potential to be an elite interior talent. He moves exceptionally well and he is aggressive as hell. He struggles in pass pro on occasion out on the edge against quicker guys, but that one weakness disappears inside. If Craig had played all season as our center, then I would give him the nod. But given his injury, and Knapp’s development and his elite skill set, I think Knapp wins the job.bold move of knapp over craig. Do you put that there due to ability, or craig coming off injury and not practicing in the spring?

To say 8-2 Georgia deserves to be ranked over 8-2 Lane Kiffin is ludicrous.
8-2 Lane Kiffin? You got a crush on him or something?Mississippi didn’t just win, they beat Georgia up and down the field.

They need to tweek it so P4 auto bids become 1-8. That way the conf champ gets in & gets to host a playoff game but dont get overly rewarded for winning a bad conf.Let's eliminate the automatic bye's....I mean Ohio State possibly a #5 having to play while #12 Boise gets a Bye? Just go with the top 4.....
Mississippi didn’t just win, they beat Georgia up and down the field. That happens in football. ND would probably beat NIU by 18+ most times they played, correct? Yet they lost this time.

An ass kicking.
Same overall records.
I’ll take Lane Kiffin.
The committee got it right.Georgia has played five teams with two or less losses going 3-2. Ole Miss has played one team with two or less losses going 1-0.
I’ll take Georgia.

Georgia has played five teams with two or less losses going 3-2. Ole Miss has played one team with two or less losses going 1-0.If you watched the Georgia-Mississippi game, and you still believe 8-2 Georgia should be ranked ahead of 8-2 Lane Kiffin, that's your problem.
Cool story USC troll.Truth be told, I would rather not play Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Tennessee, or Mississippi in Round 1.
Great might have been a stretch. But I believe he was 11 of 11 in 2022 and 12 of 14 last year. Those are pretty solid numbers. He was off to a good start this year until two got blocked by NIU. I didn't see much of that game and don't know if he was responsible for the blocks or not, but he was doing fine until he got hurt against Stanford.Really? Hes great? Dont think so
