Ok. Fair enough. We’ll circle back again with this for 2025 deal ?This was his first year in cfb. His ranking will skyrocket because of what the team did this year
Both mean nothing.
Whatever you say cousin Eddie...It’s surely just a coincidence that a guy who oversaw one of the most injury plagued teams over multiple seasons in the nfl moved to a college team and now that team is injury plagued. Nothing to see here
You seem very sure of the accusation about the the SEC, and I'm not doubting them, but to have Saban just flat out deny that was interesting.
So if it was that prevalent then he's a liar, and not sure why he hasn't been called out for it Unless he's untouchable.
Saban gained alot more credibility when he walked away from this train wreck you would think he would of called that out as well.
Now the head of the SEC flaunting those pictures of the Vol fans as if the SEC is the only fan base that travels when it's widely know bowls were always wanting ND because the fan base is two fold.....
1) Nationwide
2)They travel as well.
He looked ridiculous
Yes they did. DL couldn't get pressure. We didn't have Cross. No KVA. Guys were playing more than usual. Clark and Watts got banged up during the game. Definitely tired after game 12 and traveling cross country coast to coastNotre Dame didn’t look worn down against USC. USC simply had WR’s that are skilled and can play at a high level.
Bullshit take.Get back to me when you find where our strength and conditioning coach ranks amongst college footballs elite.
The narrative that we haven't recruited DL all that well is flawed and incorrectStarters Traore, Botelho and Mills out. Cross hobbled with an ankle injury and Jason Onye, with high upside, is also out. For us to be in this spot with these losses is something to behold. Depth however is becoming a huge concern and one more injury might sink this ship.
ND hasn’t recruited the defensive line all that well, but we do have some potential. Rubio isn’t the pass rusher Mills is but is a formidable replacement. Cross and Hinish are agile but I worry about their stoutness versus the run.
I expect we continue to see a rotation at end between Burnham, Junior, Young and Oben. We are slightly undersized but experienced here and Young has potential for that game changing strip sack. This group is solid yet unspectacular. Oben has been invisible all year and I’m unsure if that is a good thing because he is playing within the system or he is just average.
Can someone please provide an update on Brennan Vernon? I thought he’d be a game wrecker by now but I’m starting to think he may be a bust based on pretty much zero buzz around him. Mukam and Sevillano are big bodies but are young and I doubt they are ready for Georgia. Mullins is still a kid and I’m not even sure we have anyone behind him?
Who are we predicting to back up Rubio? He will need rest and I worry about the drop off.

Very accurate takeNotre Dame didn’t look worn down against USC. USC simply had WR’s that are skilled and can play at a high level.
I agree with that assessment. But there’s a legit signal for me to believe whatever he’s doing is making the guys more prone toI don't think S&C coaches have much affect on acl injuries. But who knows. I think they have more impact on soft tissue injuries and we haven't had much of them
But what I do know, this team looks to be in great physical condition. Fit, strong, athletic and well conditioned. The only game of the season I thought we looked a little worn down is against SC
So everyone os talking about the injuries but no one is saying how strong and conditioned the players look. We've had problems with that in the past. And we've had players that didn't look in peak condition. That is not a problem with this guy
When the academic profiles for DL personnel improve, then Notre Dame will recruit the DL like they do the OL.That’s great news.
When are we going to see some commits on the DL ?

Again, Golson has used that adjective often describing Notre Dame personnel. And yes, neither Mills or Cross are elite at their positions, but very good absolutely.Talking interior/DT- Mills/Cross are both very good, neither elite. Backups far from elite
Get back to me when you find where our strength and conditioning coach ranks amongst college footballs elite.Stick to your day job.
Just keep bringing them in and loading up. We have all these highly rated o lineman and only 5 spots to play. Do we not have anyone who could go the Jerry Tillerry route and play DT ? Jmo.
Notre Dame isn’t going to recruit HS kids to the level of Ohio State, Georgia, Alabama, and others in the SEC. That said, Marcus Freeman recruits really really well given the academic expectations once you step foot onto the Notre Dame campus. Many are saying the 26 class will be substandard. Many fine people. With tears in their eyes
ok chase. You're the biggest fraud on here, resorting to using other handles. Only losers do this. Many are saying the 26 class will be substandard. Many fine people. With tears in their eyes
