Lane Kiffin continues his complaining

Really?

#8 Ohio St. is favored in Las Vegas over #1 Oregon.

ACC champion Clemson was 0-3 versus the SEC, including losing at home in game 12 to non playoff South Carolina.

Indiana…..who played a pathetically weak schedule, SMU, and Clemson IMO weren’t amongst the 12 best teams in CFB.
Tenn shouldn't have been in. They beat up on a pathetically weak sec schedule and got destroyed against a real team, IMO

Lane Kiffin continues his complaining

That’s why conference champs shouldn’t get an automatic bid

And that’s why I Las Vegas should rank the teams
So then don't even play the games during the season then. Just go to the post season and cancel the entire reg season.

Oregon goes 13 and 0 and beats OSU and OSU goes 10 and 2 but Vegas would rank them ahead of Oregon.

Talk a out stupidity. Sounds like F+ math here

Golson, who was a tougher game for Notre Dame IU or SC?

I will say 4th and place USC 5. Indiana was a playoff product by way of a pathetically soft schedule.

And SMU had zero business being in this playoff, IMO.

Clemson, 0-3 against the SEC in 2024, only belonged because they won the ACC.
Tennessee was outclassed by OSU and had no business being in the playoff. They were completely overrated padding their record with mostly bottom rung SEC teams.

Riley Leonard or Ian Book

A lot of talk today.... Quinn Ewers to ND! Not sure I like it but damn, if CJ is really hurt, and given we play Miami, A&M, Arkansas, Boise State and USC in the first six -- it would be nice to have a QB with three years of big time games under his belt.

Took a step back this year, but threw for nearly 3500 yards last. Riley is having the better year this year, ratings wise.

Let the discussion begin.

Olivia Miles (Triple Double) - Ankle Breaker!!!!!!

Notre Dame Nation:

I have been a Notre Dame sports fan for a long time. I can't recall seeing a women's basketball team this potent, not even the National Championship teams. If you have not watched the game on today. I would highly recommend that you do so. If not the entire game - at least watch the highlights.

Hannah was just being Hannah, but Olivia Miles was a highlight reel by herself. She recorded another triple double. We have all seen what we call "ankle breakers," but I have never seen a player that seemingly and literally broke someone's ankle, because of a very special move that was made. Well Olivia did just that! She actually did it twice during the game, but the second time she did it - was just Amazing!!! The player had to be escorted off of the court.

Check it out and let me know your thoughts,

Go Irish!!!!

Basketball MBB: Game Thread | Notre Dame 91, Le Moyne 62 (Final)

Notre Dame men's basketball will host a familiar face in Purcell Pavilion on Sunday evening.

Former Notre Dame guard Robby Carmody will return to the arena with Le Moyne teammates to take on the Irish.

Carmody, who was injured throughout most of his Notre Dame career, is leading Le Moyne (5-8) in points per game with 11.8 in his eight game appearances. The 6-foot-4 guard is shooting 44.8% from 3 on 29 attempts.

Forward Dwayne Koroma (6-foot-8) has been Le Moyne's most consistent presence with an average of 11.5 points and 6.5 rebounds while playing in all 13 games.

Notre Dame hasn't played since Dec. 11, which was a 77-65 win over Dartmouth. The Irish are attempting to win a third straight game dating back to a Dec. 7 win over Syracuse. The Irish have been in South Bend for that whole stretch.

Riley Leonard or Ian Book

Stop the insanity.

That's like me saying Jack Kiser had more impact than Michael Stonebreaker because he's played in more games than anyone in ND history.

Book was here way too long. It messed up our QB cycle.

Between the pair???
Book was more accurate with the 3 yard curl and sit route.
Riley can make short passing an adventure.
Neither have a strong arm. No advantage there.
Riley is a far better runner.

The running back room today is much better collectively than when Book was here.
We have 3 backs that could be an elite #1 at any major school.

Book didn't enjoy a collective RB room like we have today.

The collective coaching is better today than under Brian Kelly. The very coach who is still looking for a major bowl/post season win....Brian Kelly...
He and his staff are not as good as what we have today.
Assistants to philosophy...
Present day coaching is much better.

Under BK the biggest of moments/opponents had us highly overwhelmed.
Freeman seems to get them to rally at the importance of these moments.
Something sadly missed since Holtz' days.

MF might be a defensive minded guy but he fully understands that Golden is coaching in a league of his own. Thus he isn't getting his nose involved in the defense.
Kudos to MF for checking his pride at the door.
BK, actually played linebacker, somehow could never help himself but be involved in all things QB. Even having a separate OC and QB coach, still had his fingers all intertwined in the QB position.

We are a better team under MF than BK. Better coaching, better staff, better emotion and most importantly, better players.

Riley, overall, is playing better than Book. That said, Riley is enjoying a better environment.
Moron alert.
