It should have been a no call and a pick for Kiser. It looked like the ref was marking ND for the ball on the 1 when it should have been a touchback IMO. I’m so glad ND won. Man it would have sucked for that to cost ND.

Shuler has no idea where the ball is, already putting him in a tough spot and was running towards 44, so technically I'd say Shuler initiated contact, but it was clear he was trying so hard not to commit a penalty. Just a tough position to be in.
