What does that say? Nothing different than Al Golden going to the Bengals as DC, and OL coach Joe Rudolph being interviewed for the same position by the Chicago Bears.Leaving OSU to become OC of the Raiders under Pete Carroll. Interesting move. I guess all that money OSU has wasn't enough to keep him in college football. At 61 I wouldn't think he is trying to jockey for an NFL head coaching job somewhere; maybe he just prefers the NFL game, where you don't have all the side distractions (recruiting, and now NIL and the portal) that come with college ball. I wonder how OSU fans feel about the move. Ryan Day has developed more of a reputation on the offensive side of the ball, so maybe it won't be a big hit. I guess he probably goes back to play calling.
