All we have is Bell's video highlights to go on, but in looking at the tape he seems to have elite speed. I am not sure the level of competition he is playing at, but on some of his runs and returns he is just blazing by people. It is impressive. His 10.41 100m time confirms he is a blazer. I am not sure what kind of DB he will make, but he seems to have real potential as a return man.

Ara and Lou both wanted speed and playmakers on defense. Speed can cover up a lot of other problems.

He's definitely a corner. We need his speed there
