(Guy has all the tools but needs to get on it!)

*Good article on Balis in todays SBT. That guy is getting them pumped (physically and emotionally.)

Hopefully, every single OL and DL on ND'S rosters. The gap between our skill players and those at other schools in terms of physical traits (relative to time spent in the program of course) in minimal. ND'S offensive and defensive lines have played soft. They are in dire needs of a mental adjustment and the physical ability capability to carry out those intentions.

Big Tough , fast, strong linemen ! Smash Mouth football first and foremost ! Control the lines and then everything else opens up !

The question is who can benefit the most.

The guys on the lines to have stamina and strength in the 4th quarter would sure be helpful.

Wardlow and Ade are both projects we expect to develop into players by adding armor and technique.

Stepherson.

McKinley.

Barajas.

Studstill and Crawford to recover from injury and DHayes to protect his shoulders,

David Adams on the way in will really need Balis help to recover from shoulder surgery.

That article was well done.

However, we've gotten excited about every new S&C hire going back as long as I can remember. I will wait and see how the team does in the 4th quarter and late in the season.
