Not sure who this favors, if anyone, but the irony of last seasons monsoon makes me even more nervous for NC State.

Not to mention ND has a history of losing games they're favored in, at home, against east coast teams.

yeah i saw the forecast for sat is for mid 40s w/ a chance of rain. what a difference a week can make huh. I think the weather wont be as much of a factor as last year. for whatever reason in a monsoon we were passing last year. dont see that being in the game plan this time around.

Oh yes...for some reason?
Lol...

NC State throws the ball way more than ND.
Except in hurricane weather. Nobody and I mean nobody out coaches Brian Kelly in a monsoon. He's the hurricane master abd above those pesky running plays.

P.s.

I know this is a new year but that still pisses me off. Definitely BK darkest hour on coaching. 38 ****ing drop backs in a hurricane. Damn it

That's why they call him an "offensive guru".

2014 Northwestern for honorable mention.

To be fair ND couldn't run the ball that game either, but in that type of weather you gotta keep handing the ball off and one will break at some point.

I think I saw something about temps in the forties with chance of rain. Sounds like perfect football weather to me.

Go Irish!

My advice to you -- drink heavily -- maybe you will forget it! Or at least let it go ..... yes -- it pissed off many people BTW...

Then had the audacity to blame Mustipher for the loss, even though his dumbass kept passing in shotgun formation. One of the many reasons bk is not one of my favorites.

Advantage Irish IMHO. State's strength is the balance of our offense. If we can't throw much, it would really hurt us. Praying for a nice day. Best case scenario is perfect weather for the first 3 qtrs, State goes up by 10, then it pours and the Irish can't pass to catch up due to another hurricane. This is what happened in my dream last night. Then i woke up. Damn!

Some of you act like there is a possibility of blizzard conditions and how it will affect your teams. 40s and a possibility of a late afternoon shower. Winds 10-15. That's the deal as of now. Fall football in South Bend. Drainage is not an issue. Ball handling isn't an issue. The issue is blocking and tackling. No need to over think and over analyze the situation. That's what local sports radio is for.

I thought that this board existed just for the sake of over-analyzing anything and everything about ND.

If NC State wears coats on sidelines, advantage ND.

Did I not see a shot of a guy on USC sideline wearing a cap and mask? At first I thought he must have the flu then I wondered if he was cold in the 60-degree chill.

I don't know how many know this sad news, but a 76 year old Irish fan died at the game last Saturday. I believe it was his heart. RIP my friend. May God be with you. This is the second fan that I know that has passed away during the game from a heart issue.

Could very well be crabby or cgmr. This year has been especially tough on the poster and this latest game against the team from socal might have been too much for him. I expect it happened before the end of the half? That must have been a very painful time for the poster.
