When I was younger and trained, my 1st class the instructor kept saying, "blake d loot'
Finally asked another student What is he talking about?
He was saying, Break the root, to say the unroot the opponent.
Now whenever we are moving furniture I say, "blake d loot'.
I think applicable to Kelly, he has had and will have 1 eye on where he is headed at all times; that means he has only 1 eye focused on where he is.
