To the Men of Troy

I can't root for either one of them. I'll be watching as a neutral observer and because it's the only game in this time slot.

I'm in your camp though my brother played for PSU in the 70's, so for him I will pull PSU

USC has spent the entire first quarter in PSU territory but the score is only 10-0. If this continues it could get ugly. Oh well I can watch Jeopardy.

I don't like either team but that PSU catch was not a touchdown....... Sometimes I think no one knows what a catch is anymore.

^ well, with limited intelligence, comes limited perspective.

Franklin has PSU looking like a powerhouse: in 3 years.
Meyer, Harbaugh, Petersen, and even Helton getting it done

And wanting the best possible staff for ND pksyers is in your eyes bad mouthing the players!
Maybe you are choosing to deflect blame onto them to take focus of the real problem?
Just like Kelly does.

Judt like Kelly does.
Penn State was inches from death, hammered into NCAA oblivion and didn't have a losing season. I am sure if I looked up their recruiting rankings it would tell another kelly incompetent tale...
PS Does psu have all of their scholarships back yet?

I think the NCAA gave them a break

Purse - that is why you were so missed. Who else spends so much time taking shots at people's intelligence on a message board. You are truly the best!!! Blessings to you and your diligence.

I'm no fan of either team. But how can any ND fan want SC to win? I live in Penn state country and their fans drink the kool aid. Jo Pa is still a god. It's like a cult with their fans. But even as much as I don't like them, I cannot root for SC, never.

we ...genuine ND fans just want ND back among the elite.

UOJ vs Ped state.
Great game to watch for offense.
The mighty Big 10 aint so but at least they play in bowl games. Wonder how many years before ND plays in a bowl game again?

Let me guess, the board's resident idiot posted again. The ignore function is your friend. You'll spare yourself the barrage of abject stupidity.

Well, someone has to remind the youngster that he wasn't going to be around here anymore. It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it.

Andrew Luck could/can 360 tomahawk dunk a basketball.

I guess that comes in handy in football??? My point was that this kid has more than one way to beat you........

He may not be as good as runner as Luck but he has a feel for the pocket, how to extend a play and when to run that makes him even more effective. After watching his play, his postgame interview and his reaction to touchdowns without all the histrionics that too many players do after even mediocre plays, I really like the kid. That being said, I hope he leaves in two years being 1-2 to Notre Dame.........

The kid's rock solid, has a great head and is very well coached. At times he's like Favre with the ball and yesterday he came up smelling like "Roses". Often it's a razor's edge between winning and losing. The tipped ball reception sent a shock through both sides. Those moments can take confidence/leadership to another level. His trajectory is excellent and he is on an NFL collision course.

And he'll probably be available when my Bears pick in one or two years and they will pass him up in their wisdom and think this is the year Cutler turns it around............:(...........

calling the players/recruits idiots for wanting to stay/come to ND with Kelly still the coach and questioning their dedication to FB for making such a decision is probably what he was referring to as bad mouthing the player.

PSU lived by the pass, and died by the pass
Yeah I was really surprised that the PSU QB made the same poor read two passes in a row at the end of the game......#22 did the same thing on the previous pass play but dropped the interception and then it was basically a replay where #22 just hung back and made the same play on the pass just deeper downfield.........I give PSU all the credit though for how they played and I wonder if the committee rethinks the true conference champion seeding next year after seeing the egg OSU laid against Clemson.

The first was not a bad read. Jack Jones was lost and the WR was open by 10 yards. It was a poor throw. The second was a terrible read.

Yeah I didn't see how far open the PSU receiver was..........it just seemed like a deja vu moment to me.........you have to like what you're going to see for the next few year's at USC.

How bad was that UOJ defense? Who is your DC Beach? Any plans for a change? How is your def. recruiting going? Trojans will be top 5 next year but that defense needs to get better.
