I generally don't watch espn (fake news) but stomached an hour of college football final and no mention of the Irish. They did do a comedy segment about Canada and showed Chase Claypool making a catch but that was it. They even showed highlites of nonranked teams.
They also kept going on and on about how great the Big 12 conference is. (fake news)

*** I was pissed at Brian Kelly for calling off the dogs and not putting up 70 on Miami yesterday. If the Irish scored 70 that would have gotten peoples attention.

*** We need to put up 50 on North Carolina this coming Saturday !! Show no mercy on anyone ! No more Mr. Nice Guy !! We have one loss so we have no room for error to make the playoffs !!

***
The Irish are going to be fired up like they have never been before against USC and will win 51 to 30 !! This is a Great team !! Should have never lost to Georgia !

The Irish will not score 50 on USC. The Irish are playing hard nosed football, but they haven't developed a consistent passing game. And BW will not have all day to throw the ball against USC that he had against Miami OH. Our secondary was beaten several times by deep toss up passes yesterday. Just a guess on my part, but USC has a better QB and Receivers than Miami OH. First comes NC. They've looked terrible this year and I hope that continues through next Saturday. Then the Trojans come to town. I would take a one point win right now and be very happy.

USC is soft. It will be a blowout. You will see then.

Bodi, the one thing that really surprised me watching the USC/WSU game was that USC did in fact play soft. They've got a ton of talent, so coaching elevates as the reason. We also saw a very banged up USC team. Don't think our offense would look too good either against a ranked team if we played without our three top linemen. I don't see a blow out win, especially with the obvious problems Wimbush has making his decision quickly and letting it fly. Every replay showed open receivers that he was too slow to commit to, etc... that said, this USC Team is a hell of a lot more impressive on paper than on the field, and would love a two score win over them. But NC first!

USC is hurting. Injuries and a Head Coach that needs to re-evaluate his entire staff is their reality. SC has not 1, not 2, but several BVG’s on staff. Their situation is mimicking the ND situation in ‘16.

I hate when we play these UNC teams. They always have a team full of 6-8 guys with great speed. Like a bunch of future NBA power forwards. That said, if there is a team to try and put away early and score 70 points on, it's them. Not because of anything to do with UNC but because we have a super bowl the following week.

One thing we know for sure, the best football minds in socal have been watching this ND team since Temple. They know EVERYTHING about out team. They know we could easily be 5-0 right now. They know this team is playing good defense and scoring points. They're gonna be ready for us.

Coach Kelly is a seasoned and experienced coach who will have his team ready for UNC and focused on that game, while prepping his team for the super bowl to come. Coach Kelly also knows this team could easily be 5-0 right now.

Utah is going to beat up USC worse than they already are the week before the ND game. I expect a rested, healthy, lazer focused Irish team to finish off the Trojans and lead to the end for Tod Helton as the USC coach. And the Trojans look good on paper but so do we. And we have depth like never before.

I love watching the Utes play, and I have a lot of respect for their coach. They always play hard hitting defensive football, and they excel at adjusting the offense to the strength of their players. This year they have a really good QB, and so they have an exciting and creative passing game to compliment their usual tough running game. The QB got hurt and not sure he'll play next week against Stanford. I expected USC to beat WSU, and thought the Utah game was the one they were more likely to lose. The Trojans could be a two loss team when they hit South Bend.

Bodi, I'm with you for turning off ESPN, I turned off TV for the most part. So many other things to do with your life than watch television, especially ESPN. Spend time with your family, go hiking, read a book or focus on your job, Im off to the casino!

You called the Wazu upset

A few weeks ago -- everything was ultra-negative from you -- now -- playoff runs in 2017? Dropping 50 in USC????

BTW -- running up the score does not do anyone any justice -- Kelly and Martin are friends outside of football -- you simply do not do that. Remember the old saying -- what goes around, comes around. Remember many a time when ND routinely steam-rolled Miami (FLA) -- then, when they did it, everyone went ballistic...

I like the enthusiasm -- but as someone commented in a prior post -- I thought you were just obnoxious and crazy before, but now I realize you’re just an idiot.
