It was obvious early on ND's delayed backfield handoffs weren't going anywhere. A different style was needed. Others on this board have talked about the need for misdirection and they are right on. Even if Adams gets the majority of carries, there was 0 reason not to see if DW's style might help.

You obviously missed part of the discussion. I agree Williams should have played. I was trying to point out to the posters blaming Kelly for that personnel decision that those decisions are made by the position coaches and the coordinators.

One question, who is best suited to determine which players should play and how much ? The coaching staff or fans who only see the players for 3 and a half hours on game days ?

T WR's were supposed to be a strength and that is not happening. BK said that all 3 backs are going to be pro players . There are better players on the bench that need to play.
