I bet he enters the draft bc he probably used ND for publicity and inked some deals. He probably saw how ND screwed up Hartman’s game and he doesn’t want to play for Parker’s dumbs ass.

Agree regarding Riley Leonard and Notre Dame. That said, what does men's soccer at Notre Dame have anything to do with Riley Leonard sending out an Instagram or whatever announcing he will attend Notre Dame?
My guess is that the process of getting a transfer of credits and meeting other academic requirements may be what is delaying the process with Leonard coming to ND. With graduate transfers the process is much easier. But Leonard hasn't graduated from Duke, so that may be what is holding up his admission. Duke is a first rate academic school, but admissions at ND can be a slow process. I seem to recall that Brandon Joseph's transfer from Northwestern took some time.
WR Beaux Collins isn't graduating, either. He attended Clemson, and announced 2 days ago.

He’s likely waiting to see who enters the portal. Nobody with NFL aspirations wants to play for Parker. He will probably go to Georgia or Ohio State where he can learn and develop.
