If he gets hurt, we still have our guys.I saw that article. They have a DL hitting the portal that was good too.
Everything is trending ND’s way, but Leonard is injury prone.
What makes him injury prone? Because he got hurt this year? He was gutting that shit out and Duke probably beats Florida state if he doesn’t reinjure that ankle.I saw that article. They have a DL hitting the portal that was good too.
Everything is trending ND’s way, but Leonard is injury prone.
He’s an absolute, automatic “take”, correct? This portal QB will have the most upside of the guys we brought in, Coan and Hartman
Agreed cuz he’s more dynamic. But have to maximize our talent at our positions. This portal QB will have the most upside of the guys we brought in, Coan and Hartman
For me, yeahHe’s an absolute, automatic “take”, correct?
I thunk he is a grad transferHe’s not a grad transfer. Maybe that benefits us since he likely values a prestigious degree.
Being from Bama, my hope is he isn’t interested in Auburn. If we get burned after all these CBs and media hype I’d be stunned.
ND hurt him then he re-injured. Wasn’t hurt in 2021 as frosh or 2022 as starter. Why say he is injury prone?I saw that article. They have a DL hitting the portal that was good too.

Wow, just when I was about to say he is the guy ND wants, 1 of the respected posters says, ‘pass’?Pass.
I agree with you if they are targeting him as the starter for 2024. If ND is taking him for depth and competition for the QB room, I'm ok with it. Realistically, Riley Leonard is a downgrade from Hartman who I didn't believe was anything special.Pass.
In 2022 he had a 64% completion rate and had 20 passing TD’s, 13 rushing TD’s, and threw 6 ints. He passed for nearly 3,000 yards and ran for 700. He did get hurt this year. Not sure if that’s why is stats were less than impressive or not. Either ways he’s dynamic and has more QB experience than anyone at ND.I agree with you if they are targeting him as the starter for 2024. Leonard's numbers through 7 games weren't that great. 57% completion, 1,102 yds, 3TD, 3 INT. If Angeli or Minchey can't beat him out then neither are very good.
I dont agree with this at all. He's was a 1st or 2nd round guy by the analysts before he got injuredI agree with you if they are targeting him as the starter for 2024. This. He is considered a first or second round pick after the 2022 season. above average release speed. ball placement is considered above average. above average football IQ.I dont agree with this at all. He's was a 1st or 2nd round guy by the analysts before he got injured
Way more upside then those 2
I am willing to bet a good three figures that Riley Leonard will be enrolled at Notre Dame in January.I dunno about y'all, but I saw Leonard play against ND. I'm OK if he doesn't come.
It's about a done dealI dunno about y'all, but I saw Leonard play against ND. I'm OK if he doesn't come.
That has nothing to do with what I said.I am willing to bet a good three figures that Riley Leonard will be enrolled at Notre Dame in January.
I believe this is a done deal.

Both of them know going to ND was going to be competition.I don’t think he’s technically a grad transfer as he’s only been in college for 3 years (unless he took enough credits to graduate early), but he does only have 1 year of eligibility left.
It will be interesting to see if Angeli or Michney enters the portal.
Golson is spot on here. Riley Leonard to Notre Dame is trending hard. That has nothing to do with what I said.
Riley Leonard is not enrolling at Notre Dame to signal in plays. Barring injury, IMO, he will start at TAM.Both of them know going to ND was going to be competition.
On3 is reporting it’s between nd and auburn and that’s he’s going to take visits. Everyone else is saying he’s all nd. Someone’s very off.I am willing to bet a good three figures that Riley Leonard will be enrolled at Notre Dame in January.

His style probably a better fit at Auburn.On3 is reporting it’s between nd and auburn and that’s he’s going to take visits. Everyone else is saying he’s all nd. Someone’s very off.
You know who else had a sub 60 percent comp percentage? Awful way to judge a QBI agree with you if they are targeting him as the starter for 2024. Simply saying that this feels a lot like Notre Dame.On3 is reporting it’s between nd and auburn and that’s he’s going to take visits. Everyone else is saying he’s all nd. Someone’s very off.
He’s a Duke kid without a degree. I think he likely values the prestigious degree considering the work he’s put in. ND makes a lot more sense besides the fact that he’s from AL.His style probably a better fit at Auburn.
He’s listed as a “Do not contact” transfer…. It’s a done deal.Golson is spot on here. Riley Leonard to Notre Dame is trending hard.
