Exactly. The piss you get in "national brands" like Budweiser, Coors, etc ... just can't measure up to the craft beers that are popping up all over. Some are really good, some not so much. Got to hunt for what you like.

While I agree with this, sometimes a "low brow" beer (e.g. Hamm's, Miller, etc...) is ideal (e.g. on a really hot summer day).

I hope you realize that the thirsty masses DownUnder drink XXXX like we drink Bud? I can't cater to the stylish or sophisticated when Four X is both popular and absolutely superb. And....its 8% when you buy the original Aussie version.......a truly global winner. I never get personal on this site but I will almost make an exception....

Did you drink the Aussie beer in Oz...or here in the States? I spent a month in Australia....on "holiday".....it was the best of the best. I sampled all the wares.....
