Reading the posts, doesn't seem to be any relevant ND news . Summer is usually a slow period ,but is anything happening behind the scenes ? Don't expect any major recruiting news .

Recruiting, defensively, is clearly influenced by Elko's ACC connections. ND is not shopping in the aisle that the top 5-6 teams do but clearly is competing for the prospects rated in the top 20 at their positions.
It comes down to getting the commitments and closing the deal @ NLI day.

Some on this board really dislike BK and will turn a discussion on yogurt into a BK hatefest. That's a newsflash.The stadium is getting a jumbo, and that, along with turf and a high tech stadium should pull in the recruits by the truckload. At least, that was the argument by some for many a year. I am wondering out loud if "College Game Day" might not come to South Bend for the Georgia game. It's an historic game between these two programs even if those outside of Athens and South Bend could care less. Let's see, oh yea, the Georgia game will be game two in the season so the outcry for a QB change by some just might be the headline for duplicate topics on the subject. I think that pretty much covers it for now.

By That time, the ND vs UGA game may be known as the Derrick Allen bowl. This is going to be a recruiting battle.

Not saying it can't or won't happen, but Allen is from Cobb County, from one of the better public high schools in Georgia. So he has lots of classmates going to school out of state, both to public and private schools. That's in contrast to a lot of small town Georgia players, where just about every person in the their life can't fathom why they would not go to Georgia, if offered. He won't get the pressure some other Georgia kids get.
