ND NOW ONLY -3 1/2 VS. NC!

I've always been more concerned about the NC game than I was about BC. The NC line started out ND -7 1/2 and has been shrinking since. Wonder if missing 2 starters on the O-line is the reason or something else (a big better, other), any thoughts???
