Normally I would root for Alabama to beat Ohio State worse than they beat Notre Dame but I work in Alabama
and Alabama fans are by far the worst most arrogant fans that ever lived !

If you combine the ND defense with the OSU offense maybe you have a team that can beat Bama? End of the day congrats to Bama for being the class of college football for the last 10+ years. I don't like this comparative losing narrative. Yes Alabama is a juggernaut but also we are no Ohio State, Clemson, or Alabama. When we played Alabama it was never in doubt it was a shallackiing no matter how you spin it. Fact is Alabama came out pretty flat. But our defense did make some adjustments and we did challenge Alabama. But it was apparent that Alabama was looking ahead to thre NC and started playing backups in the third quarter. Rees' game plan was to grind out drives and with absolute zero deep ball threat it was easy enough for Alabama to load the box and contain Rees' offense. I do beleive Alabama could have scored a lot more and with our enemic offense and the game was never in doubt and I think Saban respects Kelly too much to pile it on. Now Ohio State is different animal. OSU and their elite qb in Justin Fields can score a lot and score quickly. So yes they are gonna keep the hammer down all 60 minutes. It was amazing watching what a great offenive coach with an elite qb and great perimeter players. This maybe Alabamas best offenses ever.
