We will never know what happened because the TPD covered up what happen at the behest of the FSU Athletic Department.
That much is quite clear as FSU has virtually admitted their wrongdoing by agreeing to a record setting amount to avoid testimony. What the Feds actually do to FSU for their malfeasance is still to come and how much Winston pays so we never know the truth is also to be determined, but is coming.

We wouldn't know anyway. Two people in a closed room, two different stories of what occurred. Since nobody was denying that they had sex, no real physical evidence to offer.

* Girl belonged to a group calling themselves the "Cleat Chasers". Their agenda was to get money out of football players in any way possible that they could.
* Winston's lawyer in a live TV interview said the girl had been seen by numerous witness's "on her knees at parties giving football players oral sex". The girl and her lawyers never denied this.
* Immediately after it hit the news the girl via lawyers were asking for a settlement. It's all about the money.
* And then there is the Title IX $ split that is laughable.............Lawyers $700K.......girl $250K. Easy to see this is a blood sucking lawyer shake down. Such is the legal system in the U.S. People in foreign countries think the U.S. legal system is absolutely crazy. Hey, it's drafted by lawyers for lawyers. Go figure. It's not about justice, it's about money for lawyers............period. Now, let's see where Winston's defamation suit goes

None of what you just posted is true, in fact the States Attorney stated she didn't know Winston and didn't even know he was a football player and the settlement, largest in Title IX history, is NOT being disbursed as states, according to the attorneys.

Enough Argus/BigFella/5 other aliases. Lets finally face facts. You went down to FSU to profess your love for Winston and his buddies cut you off and threw you out of the bar into the back alley. You then came back crying asking Winston to "just love you" at which point his boys took you outside and screwed you repeatedly in the keyster.
