Is it time for us to play Iowa again? Not annually, but a home & home here and there, or maybe a neutral site game in Chicago or Indy.

I would rather play an occasional home and home against Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota or Illinois than any game against UMass, Temple, Nevada, Western Michigan, etc.
Bingo.

Interesting cream puff list. How about Navy? Isn't that just another guaranteed win..........only with the possibility of severe injuries to linemen?

You don't know much about Notre Dame football.

Does the state of IA have large numbers of ND fans? No

Does the state of IA have large numbers of top recruits? No

There is no upside in playing Iowa

What about USF, SDST, UConn, and Tulsa? Are they allowed on the schedule? Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota sure seem like good games to attend. In the end though, I want Michigan and MSU back. Problem is, if everybody got who they wanted, the Irish would have a 50 game schedule.

It was interesting to see how many times we played some of those teams, like Iowa and Illinois. All sort of natural rivalries, if you ask me.

I like the games against the Big10 and Big 12 and would like to see more against the SEC and do everything possible to move out of playing in the ACC.
