This team and coaching staff is loaded with leadership
Brian Kelly give him credit. He changed.

The guy is a likeable guy- embraced relationships with his kids/ players.
He FINALLY created a team built on good old fashion

Mike McGlinchey- Guy could have left and said the hell with this. He wanted to leave his mark and I think he will be looked back on years from now as a guy who gave us back our identity as a “ Power football team”
Q Nelson- Guy is a badass. He mauls people. Obliterates anything in his way.

Durham Smythe- Another guy playing balls to the wall. Could of said- I’m tired of the criticism. They are bringing in young talent- let me move on. He could be a big part in raising that trophy. Story has changed. Leadership.
Drue Tranquill- Guy could have quit after getting injured. The kid is a warrior.
Tough as nails. Another tough guy in the middle.
Can’t believe we get another year.

Jerry Tillery- Look at how this guy has matured.
He transformed his body- does whatever is asked of him and isn’t a “me” guy
Sheldon Day I’m sure is real proud of him
Strong defense starts in the middle.
Jerry is leading the way.
Tevon Coney- Guy could say I should be starting and not sharing time.
When he gets in there- he a raging maniac out there that the entire team feeds off his energy. He is a momentum changer.
Guy is a team player.
You wonder how our young guns are playing so well. Look at their examples above.
Look at how our wide receivers block. They are fu*king savages. I love it!
Todd Lyght- Once under fire and questioned
Look at our secondary- He recruited great players and he coaches them even better.
Pay him/ keep him forever
Autry Denson- Loved him as a player.
Love him more as a coach.

Coaching up the defensive line into one of the best units in the country.

The kid is a winner. Flat out. I don’t care what his stats say. I don’t give a f*ck.
He commands- He leads. He wins!
I picking this kid to play QB everyday of the week over anyone.
I love this team. Might be my favorite team I’ve ever watched. They put the work into strength & conditioning and i believe this elite team will make us program elite again.
