I bet the kids on the team do not consider themselves ‘failures’ or losers! nor should they because of a few moronic fans.

Nobody thinks the kids are losers. Many think the admin are losers and some coaches are failures. The kids deserve way better than what ND is providing from an athletics standpoint.

Most think Al Washington is a failure. Freeman lost to Marshall and Stanford with a 10 win program. Freeman gets this year to right the ship. He now has a 11 win floor team to not **** up. Luckily Rees pulled Minchey and Hartman bc Parker can’t seem to excite fans or Carr enough to even get a Twitter like.

We won 9 games last year. This isnt a 11 win floor team this season

1. Fire Al Washington.
2. Move Lewis to safety or keep him on the bench.
3. Get a an option, Navy-like package ready for Buchner to mix things up vs Ohio State and control the clock that they won’t spend much time anticipating and don’t use him until that game.
4. Expedite the freshman talent. Get all 3 of the EE receivers on the field a lot in the first, second, and third games.
5. Feature Merriweather as a top target for Hartman all spring and summer.
6. Use all running backs, including Price and Love. Get creative and keep them fresh.
7. Move Tyree to slot and get him lots of reps. Do not hand him the ball, ever.
8. Use what we know about Rees to our advantage against Bama in the playoffs. Have Golden and Freeman out wit him.
9. Don’t lose to NC State, a game Freeman likely would lose in 2022.
10. Watch Utah’s film before the SC game.

Disagree with you on the freshman and Merriweather. They need to play and get reps early. Too talented to sit like the Kelly days

It's a given but the point is accurate. Emphasis on Utah film.

The wr talk is setting a lot of people up for disappointment...just like last year when commentators were building up Meriwether before he set foot on campus.

We have very good wrs coming in. They have to displace very good starters, which isnt likely. Could it happen sure, but it's unlikely.

Stuckey worked with colzie and Thomas all year and got them playing really good ball.

You have 3/4 very solid starting caliber guys (adding styles).

You also have a grad transfer that is very likely to be on the 2 deep.

Flores, greathouse, and James are early enrolling. They have to show up in spring and beat out 1 or possibly 2 players to start. It's very unlikely that 1 much less 2 or 3 do that to start the season.

Should they play? Yes. Should they start? That is VERY unlikely.

It is 100% true. Washington is very close to Scott. He dropped the ball along with freeman for not getting in on him early, but has done an amazing job especially since Georgia moved on him closing ground.
