I assume ND has some advisory board. These failures should be used to update models and discussions.

I’m sure if they said “you have a high probability of an undrafted free agent and coming back the statically model shows if you lead ND and do XX you go in round 2-4 at this” he comes back.

it’s his call, I’m not changing accountability but the model was wrong and he traded 10m for 200k. He makes that as an Amazon driver in 2 years. Seems bad on all counts.
