It's amazing how some of you will b*tch and moan about wanting a superior football team but also want them to be choir boys at the same time. The music takes nothing away from the box jump. You don't have to be young or old to realize that. If your virgin ears can't take it mute the sound on your computer. There was a disclaimer.I am an old guy so take my comment for what it is. That athletic jump was completely negated by that trash playing in the background. I thought ND was special. Was that garbage played against this remarkable box jump fitting of a Notre Dame student / athlete?

Oh wow...Penn High '96 here. I played baseball with Rosey before he quit and concentrated on football!I gotta ask.
What does it matter what music he listens to?
I went to high school with Mike Rosenthal. He listened to loud 'Death Metal' type music in the weight room.
And he was an all American.

Irish Jack not everything you see has to pass the morality test. As long as these kids no the difference of how to act in public and in their professional let it be what it is..listening to music! You're on a ND Football forum, not a church forum. Let's also not forget these kids also have a coach that drops f-bombs like nobody else's business.Ok Cool. I get it. You and the rest don't mind at all if your kids, grandkids, and God children listen to "F bombs" and nasty lyrics about women as long as it makes them work harder. If it's good for an Irish football player then it is good for all of your kids also. Let it be written. A few years ago my two sons and their friends were in a bar well after an Irish home game. The bar had several "of age" Irish players enjoying a cool one or maybe even two. The players were more than happy taking pictures with fans as long as there was no alcohol in the picture. Perception is everything. I understand that Irish athletes are far from little angels but perception is everything. Especially when representing the university who prides itself in being special. I just figured as Irish fans, we all expected better.

He's not my son so therefore I don't care and you shouldn't either.Quest: save your lectures for someone else. I know with 100% certainty that you would not approve your son or daughter posting a video with explicit content blaring in the background so you can knock off the hipster act. Whether ND or BK approves or disapprove is not my worry. I am expressing my opinion on a Notre Dame message board about a Notre Dame video.
