Is Minchey an early enrollee?

This for the most part is the only message board I’m on for the past 20 years, a couple buddies that are on different ND FB boards are telling me they are reading Minchey is likely to be an EE.

I apologize if this has been covered, I’m on here sporadically. However, I can’t recall having seen this about Minchey, any truth to this?
