How Good is Tony Jones?

The Power Hour group were talking like he's right on par with Adams, and will be a major major piece of the offense. They made it sound like we can't afford to have him off of the field.

If he's as good as Adams.......then we're really in good shape in the offensive backfield.

Everything I read about him talks about his great feet and balance which allows him to make sharp cuts at the line, and his great pass catching ability. I think he'll get as many carries as Adams by season's end, and we'll need both these guys to excel.

To soon to tell right now...Have to wait till the Georgia game to know for sure. I will know more by then and then report,,,,,,,,,

Catches the ball like Theo. But I believe Josh is poised for big big things this year. We actually have four very good running backs. (And a solid o-line.)

Gonna be fun to watch.

Tony Jones Jr. is Great. Every single player on ND's offense is Great. There are Zero weak spots. The Irish are going to run the table with a Great offense and an average defense and good special teams (thank you Polian)
Something tells me you used to work on the set of The Colbert Report haha.

He sure has people excited. I am looking forward to seeing if he continues to impress once he plays in this new offense. I would hesitate to elevate him over Adams who already has 1700 yds rushing at a 6.4 ypc average. People still talk well of Williams but Tony Jones has impressed more in spring till now.
