One thing is certain: after the end of the BG game this board will be split about the performance of the offense and defense. If offense performs well, half the board will be excited about the offense. The other half will say this defense is horrible and ND is going 2-10. Or vice versa. Can't wait!
Well I may not be at The Stadium this Saturday. My friends all have found chores to attend to this weekend and I don't have a ride or anyone to ride along with me. If anyone is going to the "game" Saturday from the Indy area and have room for one more or are willing to ride along with me, please let me know, either here on in a PM.

Thanks for the response, but that was last year. This Saturday is April 16, and I haven't found any statements about this year's game. I usually go, but its my birthday and people made alternate plans for me. So I'm hoping I can watch on TV while they celebrate my birthday for me.

Thanks. Its disappointing to miss. Except for last year's game, I've made all but one since I graduated law school The year I missed, my engine blew on the Indiana toll road.
I've been to the last 15 with my friend Charlie, but Charlie passed away last summer. I could always count on him. I don't understand the apathy among my ND friends. I realize it's on TV but it's not the same as being on campus. I'm really gonna miss it!
I'll be watching the "game" today from my Lazyboy. It's only the 2nd one I've missed in 15 years. My friends didn't think the Stadium would be used today and made other plans. I'll be watching on NBCSports at 12:30 today.
It's also a shame that the Indianapolis Star didn't even acknowledge this "game" and didn't even list in the TV schedule. Notre Dame IS an Indiana school and should be given the same coverage as the other state schools, imho!

I'll be watching with you in spirit from my couch. It would be a beautiful day to be on campus, but at least we'll see it.
It was good to see it in HD but not better than watching it in person. Next year!
I tried to watch on NBC sports on my computer but as I am not a USA cable customer it seems like I was shut out....
