Last possession could've gotten ND back in the game. I'm shocked a Kelly led offense stalled out again in opposing territory.

Maybe he's trying … but I've said many times before, Kelly has no clue to to manage a running game. From time to time ND may run well, but its not consistent. Not like an Ara or HOltz coached running game.

Delay of game penalties seem to be a staple of Kelly's "fast paced" offense. Don't remember ND being called for so many under other coaches.
