I'm OK with that. Rape is a serious crime. Anyone found guilty of that should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Don't care who they are.

No. Certainly suggestions that the TPD could have done their job at a much higher level of competence, but there is no indication of any cover up, by any normal definition. Of course "cover up" is a broadly used and ill-defined term. There were lots of people who accused ND of a "cover up" in the Declan Sullivan tragedy, even though it was the lead story on Sportcenter about 90 minutes after it happened.
