FSU slammed for covering up Winston rape!

Mo1e, You are such a jerk and a complete loser. You worship snakes and Bowden and lie by your very existence yet you come here preaching? Winston is a rapist, I know it, you know it and the world knows it!

If you knew one thing about civil law you would know that virtually every filing has a subsequent counter filing in an attempt to get a dismissal (Winstons attorneys already tried that and failed) and then just to muddy up the waters. This suit will be settled out of court because Winston would be forced to testify under oath (so would FSU) and that isn't going to happen because he would have to lie and open up the criminal charges again. So millions will be paid! Count on that!

The bigger problem for FSU is Title IX and the Feds because it is clear by all accounts FSU hindered the investigation in order to protect their player while doing nothing for the assaulted FSU student. FSU will rightfully get slammed!

The request for dismissal was denied, I never said anything about the frivolous counter suit because, as stated, that is just a defense ploy in a civil suit.

Tampa Bay loves Winston. If their kicker hadn't missed 6 field goals and two extra points in back-to-back games they would have two more wins. If the defense hadn't collapsed after leading 24-0 they would have another. Winston on schedule to be NFL rookie of the year. Future in Tampa looks great.

FEDs aren't slamming FSU. Your hoping and praying for it to happen won't make it so. Just like your telling the same lies over and over again will never make those lies the truth. No matter what you believe.

Tamps is playing some pretty solid football. They are being helped greatly by Winston's presence in the locker room and his leadership. It's like having an extra coach around that is highly respected by the other players and coaches.

Word is he is becoming a pretty good golfer as well. Probably have to wait for the offseason for major improvement when he can take some lessons and work with a swing coach. He ended up in a good place to be able to play year round.

Played for two national championships winning one. Is 7-1 against his top rivals. One of only two teams ranking top 10 in recruiting every year since 2008. Currently top three class. Has put more players into the NFL (including three QB's in first round) over thee past three years than any coach in history. One of the highest paid college coaches in the country.

Jimbo believes next year's team may be his most talented since becoming head coach having one of the youngest teams this year (including numerous true freshmen).

Point is .... the music is blarring and only getting louder. And he has the best and most secure seat in the house.

Make the dollar bet BigFella. Call his bluff. I've seen this ban/dollar bet ploy by lunatic FSU posters before. They never carry through with the bet and always find a way to back out of it, or have a long list of excuses why the ban/dollar bet won't work. Make him play his own game.

Make the damn bet for $500, agree to not post anything on this topic on the ND message board until the civil case and Title IX matters are resolved, and send cashier checks for the bet amount to Ara to hold. This would make most of us very happy.
