Stetson Bennett is 25-years-old, older than Ian Book, and five years older than Caleb Williams.
In would not vote for him.
Georgia's a much better team, though. They're clearly #1 and Michigan's clearly #2.
Nick Saban did not see that look when Brian Kelly did not hesitate and went for 2 against Alabama.
His team's overmatched, though. It's not like he has equal talent and is getting crushed. That would be more of a flop. He's just getting beat by a better team. LSU was overrated when they were #5, based on a win over an Alabama team that's not their usual selves this year.
Not against Nick Saban he wasn’t.
When you win the SEC West in year 1 at LSU, you aren’t in over your head.
Georgia is simply better.
I don't know. But I don't think LSU was really a top 5 team - maybe top 15-20. They were being overrated based on squeaking out a home win over Alabama. But they've had some other clunkers - losing by 27 to Tennessee, losing to TX A&M, etc.
Well, great special teams playing (Polien's Poltergeists) added 7 and a freaky interception after a crazy bounce and a heads-up tip added 7 more.
This really could have been a game going into the 4th quarter, but now it looks like Georgia will win easily.
So what does that have to do with anything? Another long line of Kelly beatdowns that makes me not miss him being at ND.
Just like it didn't mean anything when Tennessee or Penn State or Stanford beat Notre Dame in '90 and or '91.
Alabama is clearly off this year and could have easily lost four games this season and should not be in the conversation for the playoffs. But they are still the benchmark of college football.
