Anyone playing competitive sports long enough will eventually come to know tendencies of their opponents and plan accordingly. Every coaching staff, of every team that now plays ND is telling their players, don't worry, no matter what the score, or the situation in general, ND is going to do something to let us back into the game. Just keep pushing and they will crack. And they do.

Look, it may get ugly, it may not get ugly. One thing I can promise is our kids will give it everything they have. They won't quit. They will play hard. Most are young and learning on the fly. As a fan, I have their back. I support them and I am proud of them. As far as effort goes, they won't let you down. Doesn't mean USC won't cover. Doesn't mean ND will play close or even win. It means our kids will do their best under current conditions. And for those who have been critical of DK, he will be the first one to give up his body for a win. You all know that, right?
