Dwayne Haskins to announce commitment Friday @ 3 PM

Potomac (Md.) Bullis School Rivals100 quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. plans to announce his college commitment Friday at 3 pm EST.

Haskins -- who is Notre Dame's top target at the position -- was in South Bend on March 21 for Junior Day, but has since taking multiple trips to Maryland. The commitment will be streamed on ESPN and the other finalists are believed to be Penn State and Florida.
