I checked a list of UDFA signings, and Everette does not show up,unless he signed today, May 2 somewhereSurprised if he didn't.
Please read the sport section...Good GriefSurprised if he didn't.
golson below average too.I would like to see the Dallas Cowboys take Golson. Romo will get injured again. Prescott may or may not work out and the other ones are below average. Golson is used to playing under the bright lights and he can scramble along with being a pretty good passer. I guess the main question is he coach-able?
Everett will be trying out with the Colts starting tomorrow. Here's Eric Hansen's article.

I wish him luck (no pun intended).
That's a far cry from the ND posters at this site who a couple of years ago were calling Golson a top five QB in the country and a shoe in for a New York Heisman ceremony. The only league that would consider giving Everett Golson money to play football would be the Arena League. And I am not sure he could hack it there. His best bet if he still wants to play football is to join a Mens Flag Football league.

To be fair the same posters called Crist the nation's 2nd best QB and a definate NY invitee. He didn't even start.
Actually, there was Heisman talk surrounding EG going into the Syracuse game in 2014 in the national media. Then came the inconsistent play which was followed by a very good game at FSU. I would rather forget ASU through LSU. He would turn the ball over and pat himself on the chest. He would make a poor throw and pat himself on the chest. He would then go and pout or hide on the bench. He literally threw in the towel against USC on national television. It was tiresome to watch. I'm glad he tapped out at ND so the team could move on. I wish him luck at the Colts camp.
I still can't figure out why Zaire wasn't sent in earlier in the season when Golson struggled. His emergence in the final game of the year was stunning.
Golson didn't stick in Naptown. Off to Eagles camp now
