Out for the rest of CFP

By my count that is the 10th key contributor we've lost for the season now. 9 if you count Jagusah as back

Evans and Raridon need to play well and continue to improve their blocking

Yeah but they've barely played at all. Flanagan was graded as our highest rated blocker

Don't expect to see much of either of them. Probably a 2 man rotation at TE now
Thought Evans played much better than he did in the Indiana game. We really need him to elevate his game: blocking and route running and catching!

They both have experience in previous seasons though. Both way better blockers than Raridon who has really struggled in that aspect this year in my opinion. Who's giving the grades you saw ? Coaches grades are the only ones that matter and only ones that are accurate.

Agreed. Even if Bauman or Sherwood aren't as good at blocking as Flanagan. If they are the 3rd TE in the game. They'll likely be on a wing or in a FB type role going against a LB or a DB creating a more favorable matchup. This does hurt, but I think ND can survive it.

They aren't better blockers than Flanagan and they aren't going to play much if at all. Bauman hasn't played barely a significant snap in his career so you really don't know if he is a better blocker or not.

Bauman has played enough. He has 10 career receptions. Look him up. Sherwood is a very good multi purpose guy and one of the most valuable special teamers. You post things in absolutes when it's nothing more than speculation. For the record I never opined that they're better blockers than Flanagan. They're certainly better than Raridon in my opinion this year.

They have barely played this year. That is all speculation on your part in how they are a blockers currently

He has 6 receptions, not 10. And that was over 5 years. He has barely played any meaningful snaps at ND and certainly not in the last 2 years
