Consistent message from the coaching staff

I wonder if the players are getting a consistent message regarding of what the culture is and what is expected of them.

Defensive coach fired at mid season

Head coach going from a in your face to a hold your hand guy

Team arm in arm swaging during games - encouraged falseness.

There is a lot of talent at ND and it should be going better than it is.

Bring in a new coach and give him a chance to be great.

Just a coach that has a sense of feel would go miles.

They all have different styles..
Harbaugh
Saban,
Shaw,
Urban,
Sweeney
Etc etc...
But one they share in common is they nearly 100% of the time put their team in the best chance to succeed.

That is absolutely paramount and absolutely something BK has no idea how to do.

Do you believe any of the above would call 37 drop backs in a hurricane?
Consistently go empty sets in goal line areas .. here is something that seems under the radar...

The above coaches have an even bigger theme in common. power football ...STRAIGHT AHEAD running power football. Most of their rushing plays are north and south. even the qb goes north and south.

Brian Kelly on the other hand wants to run the ball but only if it's pretty. lateral rushing plays are BK signature .....and it's a ****ing joke.
