How does Stanford have better seasons than ND on a yearly basis when your admissions are even tougher than theirs? Maybe they can learn some things from Stanford.

I think ND won that game legitimately, and at least in that game there was no instance where two players on the field were wearing the same number.Actually, Notre Dame did that two years in a row, since you beat Stanford in 2012 (the "goal line stand game") in a year we went on to win the Rose Bowl.
Edit: Well, maybe you beat us. Taylor was probably in for a TD, not on 4th down but on 3rd down, which unfortunately was not reviewed.
Come to think of it, he was probably in on 4th down as well. At least Mike Pereira thought so.

Then, you decided to gloat about the '15 game. You're making it tough to root for Stanford. And just ftr, I root for them virtually every time they take the field.

Back on topic ND football seems to have a glass ceiling at the 2nd level, being the peer of teams like Sparty, LSJU, and LSU. I just don't see BK breaking into the level of Bama and Ohio.
You rag on ND's '12 win against Stanford and then gloat about the '15 Stanford win and I'm "spoiling for a fight" by saying that I root for Stanford in virtually every game they play except when they play ND? Whatever, not interested either. Next time though, when you're being "mild", maybe you shouldn't rag on a win on that team's message board. No, I think it is just you who feels that way, because none of the other posters seem to have had a problem with anything I said. Which makes sense, because while I may have disagreed with the call in that particular game, I'm always respectful of Notre Dame in my posts.

It was not ruled a td, true. But here was lot of controversy. I thought it was td even though it was very close. But that is in the past. ND got the win.
Sure, that's because the B1G has an assinine schedule. If the B1G had the weak as fvck bowl tie ins as the pother conferences not the SEC, it would be completely different.
The third place PAC12 team is literally where the 6th or 7th place B1G team goes. Fvck, the B1G had two teams with 6 wins play 8 or 9 win teams last year and 4 teams in the NY6.
Now, true, the SEC has been better than the B1G (and everyone else) for that matter and we have several tie ins that we play them down south. And the year Stanford clowned Iowa, for example in the Rose, Stanford was the best PAC12 team and Iowa was the 4th best B1G team.
I have a hard time believing that I'm the only one here that had a problem w/ you saying "well, maybe ND beat Stanford". But if I'm alone, that's fine. I just find it funny that you say that on an ND board, yet I'm looking for a fight. Good luck to Stanford this year, except for when they play ND.
There is some stretching because you garner a lot of NY6 invites but you aren't winning those games on top either. In the middle of the pack we have the three Jan 1st sleep through bowls where the SEC wins 2 out of 3.
I'm not saying the big ten is some great conference. It's pretty strong right now. It wasn't for a while.
Stretching plus every bowl game is played in the south...imagine sec teams playing in outdoor northern venues in December/January...

From 2010-2016 the bounces have evened out. Kelly is batting .500 against OU/UT/UMn/Sparty/USC. And .000 against recent national champions.
