It's hard to win when 2 guys actually play well in defense. That being said the defense was terrible and Kelly going with 2 qbs made no sense. In Kizer you have a first round Qb and a better college qb who can run his little Kelly's silly read option. I expected 9 wins this year with the talent we lost. What I didn't expect is to score 40 plus and still lose. It is a long season let's just hope we get better on defense next week.

I totally disagree. I like Zaire. We had a chance to put the game away and Kizer got sacked. Kelly went conservative and got burned. Fundamentals on defense don't exist.

Zaire did zilch. He holds on to the football too long... I like him too as a person but Kizer is the man....

Kiser had 5 TD's what else could he do? This game was lost on defense period. Had our defense stopped them just once in the fourth quarter the game was over.

6 TD's and sat for 5 series!
if someone had told you that this morn you would have bet the house ND won!

but this staff can overcome even the best effort by a ND player in years!

and to boot he is still not named 'starter'.

ND's defense does not do good in any area! Texas ran for over 200yds and passed for almost 300yds - they ran and passed for over 500yds! If a defense cannot stop the run in football then it game over before it starts.
