The crazy thing at this point is how anyone can possibly defend BK with legitimate arguments.

Pointing to turning around a disaster that he created is a pretty lame reason to keep him

I take it farther and don't even give him credit for the turn around ..... the turn around is due to the new OC and DC whom he would've never hired had he not been forced to, given his job was on the line ..... and it is those guys that are running things .... Kelly is no more than a figure head that turns things to crap when he gets involved

In reply to the ‘us against the world’ motivation, I don’t think the team has ever felt that true feeling since Kelly has been H.C. It has seemed it is always BK ‘him’ against the world and the team is just caught up in it but never truly experiencing the ‘us’.
It has always appeared as Him, staff, team. No ‘us’.

A non-motivator. Now and forever.
