I am shocked Wimbush does not get a series each game. I think this kid can be explosive. He obvioisly burned the redshirt vs Umass so why not give him some PT/
It is about productivity. Talent is not relevant.Personally GD93 thinks that Wimbush is the most talented QB on the roster

Nice try, SuperIrish25.

Kizer is the QB for the next 3 years as long as he is healthy.

I agree with you that since the Umass game there has not been a comfortable situation to work in any plays for Wimbush that's why I said if it is situation that doesn't compromise the team's chances of winning I am not Advocating full blown drives I'm talking 3 or 4 plays a game at most if the oppurtunity a risesWhen exactly would putting Wimbush in the game been prudent?
When we were down 10-7? When we were up 14-10? When we
were down 20-17 with five minutes left?
When would have been a good time to throw a true freshman in
the game - on the road - in a tight game, against a scrappy, tough
opponent???

The dog being Kizer's confidence. The whole world knows Kizer is getting it done, including Kizer. Even if he understood the QB swap I guarantee he won't like it.
I don't see Kizer being wired that way everything I have seen and heard from him screams he will do anything that is best for the team and if Wimbush had a handful of plays called for him during the game he doesn't come off as a kid that would be upset actually the opposite I think he would be happy for Wimbush

Completely agree with the OP. I know, I know, the backup QB is always the next Joe Montana on message boards. But given how explosive Wimbush is, it would benefit the offense to create some basic packages for him. His speed and arm strength are second to none.
